The Sinclair Gold Coast apartments is a 35-story high-rise at 1201 N LaSalle Drive, built in 2017 as the first rental building constructed in the Gold Coast in nearly 30 years. Developed by Fifield Companies and Jewel-Osco and designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz, the building includes 390 apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes, above a flagship grocery store.

The Sinclair offers a pool, a fitness center, a spa, a roof terrace with cabanas, a media center and movie theater, 24-hour doorman and concierge service, controlled access, a business center with conference rooms, a pet play area and pet washing station, EV charging, dry cleaning service, and bicycle storage.

Unit Features

Studios are around 505 square feet, one-bedroom homes range from roughly 620 to 840 square feet, two-bedroom homes from about 1,095 to 1,239 square feet, three-bedroom homes from roughly 1,386 to 2,396 square feet, and four-bedroom homes from about 2,298 to 2,674 square feet. Units feature 9 to 11-foot ceilings, designer kitchens, in-unit washers and dryers, hardwood floors, and walk-in closets, with balconies or patios in select units.
