111 Point

111 Point River North apartments occupy floors five through ten of a 10-story former office building at 111 W. Illinois Street, originally constructed in 2008 and converted to 153 residences in 2026. The adaptive reuse transformed the tower’s upper floors, previously occupied by Salesforce and WeWork, into studio, junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom (some with dens), and two-bedroom apartments, while ground-floor retail and the Erikson Institute on floors two through four remain in place.
